What we collect

When you use this site, we collect what you type into our forms (your practice, email, and role) and basic usage data.

If you write to us through the contact form, we also receive your name and your message. If you pay, Stripe collects your payment details and shares the transaction with us.

Tools we use

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us how the site is used. The Meta pixel measures our ads. Stripe processes payments; we never see your full card number. Firebase stores our records.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, and how you scroll and click. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may then work less well.

Information about your practice

Our changes are built from public information: your website, your Google listing, your reviews, and nearby practices' public pages. Teaser pages are private links that search engines don't index. Ask us and we'll take yours down.

Email

We contact businesses at their published business addresses. Every email says how to opt out, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

How we use information

• to build and deliver your changes, and to prepare the day 30 and day 60 reports
• to process payments and refunds
• to reply to you and send what you asked for
• to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads
• to prevent fraud or misuse, and to meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service:

• Stripe, for payments
• Google (Analytics and Firebase), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (the pixel), as described above
• the email service that delivers our messages, and the AI tools that help us analyze public information
• legal authorities, if the law requires it

We don't use your personal information to train public AI models.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the Service, answer you, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting your practice. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law. We may confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee the security of data sent or stored online.

Children

The Service is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 18.

Where we operate

We operate in the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
